  • Take Risks:
a lot of times , strategies, new ideas might not work. but if they do, one home run is enough to take you from zero to a good position. the concept of entrepreneurship is incomplete without the risk factor. every new thing/ plan needs to be experimented to know how reliable it is. it can either give you  the desired results or it cannot. to understand how effective the idea is , one needs to be willing to take the risk of trying it out.

  • Participate:
Participation is something that give you a lot of learning and experience of the things that happens around you. needless to say that if you don't participate, you will be less aware of your surroundings. this will not only affect your personal growth but your organization's growth too. participation will boost your confidence to face any circumstances as you will be aware about things that can happen and then you will be able to deal with it in a better manner.

Things take time to work out. specially in today's uncertain business world. it is not easy to cope with the change. not everything will happen as per the plan. this is why it is important to be patient and to have a firm mindset to get the desired outcomes.

  • Don't rely on too small sample size:
All ideas may not get through/accepted by everyone. but it doesn't necessarily mean that the idea is ineffective. unexpected things happens plenty of times and it is critical to have a solid object behind the idea you come up with and sticking to it can be a great decision.
