A:I think that the process adopted was transparent and fair. Loved the fact that it included industry stalwarts from various sectors – this provided for diversity and a variety of ideas on the table.

A:PeopleFirst HR Excellence Awards have a unique value for the fraternity – apart from felicitating the worthy and the deserving, there were a lot of discussions and interviews around best practices being followed by various organisations. I found this to be a great learning experience too.
