A:Employee engagement is the core, and employees are our backbones; my job is to take good care of our resources and create a conducive environment for new joiners. In this critical phase, we ensure employee engagement sessions (Online/offline), celebrate/comfort our employees whether in happy or distressed phase, celebrate National/International/Global Trend Holiday, L&D Digital sessions, encourage employees to undergo company-sponsored free courses for their professional/personal benefit's, Health & Well Being Awareness sessions, surprise vouchers or party pack for Families couriered to their home address, Online games, a sneak peek at employee's home/office workstation, chitchat session with family members of our employees, etc.

Have built upon an enhanced Talent Management program to understand and show their growth trajectory, succession planning, quarterly review as when required, formal & informal meetings, etc.

Inhouse app I have created whereby I keep and monitor employees' pulse through a survey guided by Emoji, which is a unique design and anew in the market.
Q:In your opinion, what role does leadership play in engaging employees within a young organization? How do leaders set the tone and create a culture of engagement?
A:A systematic process and culture aid is the priority towards building a rational environment conducive to the work environment. As a leadership team, we prioritize enhancing the process and reviewing the policies. As leaders, we amend the process wherever possible with more flexibility when situations arise. This help to ensure a balance mechanism and better workflow process. With an amusive process flow, we need a conducive environment/work culture that suits all.

Some prominent elements of work culture include More flexibility, enhancing a dynamic employee-centric work culture, more employee collaboration, etc. Because of such a flexible process, employees feel the warmth and affection offered by the organization, and this also has ensured minimal attrition among the employee force. We secure a culture whereby we have given complete freedom to employees. Nevertheless, in any decision we need to make from an organizational standpoint, we always ensure a collaborative approach with employees and then go ahead. That also makes them empowered and think for the betterment of the organization.
Q:Employee feedback is crucial for understanding their needs and fostering engagement. How does your organization gather feedback from employees, and how has this feedback influenced decision-making and engagement initiatives?
A:We always encourage driving multiple online/offline surveys, automized Apps, and various forums like skip level, 1:1 meet, and off-track meets, which help us connect with our people.
Q:For any organization, it's important to attract and retain top talent. How does your organization incorporate employee development and growth opportunities to keep employees engaged and motivated in their roles?
