Q:Congratulations on your award! Can you tell us more about the specific achievement that earned you this recognition in the HR field?
A:Thank You!! I am having enriched work experience of 22 years in HR domain. I have worked in different sectors; likewise manufacturing, retail, Building & Construction & hospitality. I had passion to interact, identify people & their talents and to nurture them to their epitome. I have versatility and hard earned 12 educational & professional degrees in HR and much more to come has enlightened me and made my understand that human resources are the key asset for my organisation growth, productivity & profitability. I bear that charisma by the grace of god to ignite the even dead souls to perform. I have been awarded this year with Topmost HR Leader, North India HR Leadership award (WHRDC), Global Recognition Award (GRA)and eminent speaker at India HR summit all achievements this year contributed to my recognition in HR field.
Q:In your view, what are the most significant trends and challenges currently facing HR professionals, and how do you think your award-winning approach addresses them?
A:The most significant trend and challenge currently facing HR professionals is AI (Artificial Intelligence). My award-winning approach involves developing AI applications as helpful tools for human resources, rather than viewing them as threats. With a positive outlook, consistent efforts, and proper approaches, AI should be embraced as a supportive tool. Other applications, like ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and LMS (Learning Management Systems), are also significant trends that should be utilized as assistance rather than obstacles.
Q:What motivated you to pursue a career in human resources, and how has your journey led you to this point of recognition?
A:After completing my Hotel Management Course from IHM, Pusa, New Delhi, I planned to pursue a course in management to become a management guru. I combined my MBA with an HR specialization and an International Diploma from Cambridge University, which gave me an in-depth understanding of "humans as a resource." Additionally, being a professional astrologer, poet, and having a flair for writing in English provided the requisite impetus to make an impact in human resources. These qualities conjoined and conjectured for me to achieve this recognition.
Q:How do you think PeopleFirst HR Excellence awards contributes towards felicitating exceptional contributions towards HR fraternity?
A:First of all I want to congratulate the PeopleFirst Excellence awards team for doing a wonderful and fabulous job. In awarding and felicitating the HR people for their contributions and excellence in their respective fields. Their contribution is immense as they identify the HR professional from various sectors under one roof and they identify their contribution and ideas and acknowledging them for the good work done.
Q:What do you think about the process adopted by PeopleFirst HR Excellence awards, while selecting the final winners?
A:The process adopted by PeopleFirst HR Excellence is very transparent, fair, justifiable, easy, approachable, non-complex and appreciation worthy. I want to appreciate such a friendly and professional approach starting from nominations till the final selection is just awesome. The support and approach of the PeopleFirst team members is just remarkable and really aesthetic, ethical and easy.
