A:The role of Human Resources (HR) is increasingly recognized as crucial across every sector. Startups, in particular, are leveraging HR to build strong company cultures, ensure compliance, and foster employee engagement and retention. A:In recent times, I was approached by a man during an event who requested that I hire his brother, who cannot speak due to a medical condition, as an SEO professional. Recognizing the potential, I decided to give him a chance. Remarkably, within just three months, he became one of our top employees, showcasing exceptional talent and dedication. This experience profoundly impacted me and solidified my commitment to hiring more individuals with disabilities. It demonstrated that talent and capability are not limited by physical conditions, and fostering an inclusive workplace can lead to outstanding results and growth for the company.
