Sumit was the Managing Director & CEO of Excelity Global (AON Hewitt), leading the entire Excelity business for 14 Lakh employees serving 1,000+ clients across 20 countries including India and Asia Pacific. For over the last two decades, Sumit has led large businesses for corporates like Godrej Group, HDFC Bank, Essar Aegis and OCS Group delivering robust multifold growth.
